Student Residence

Sutter Street

Located just three blocks from Union Square, our Sutter Suites are close to many of the city's language schools as well as some of the most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping. Students living in this building enjoy apartment-style living with a community atmosphere in the centre of San Francisco.

Residences of Sutter Suites have the benefits of living in a quiet enviroment with other international students. Each room has its own private bath, a microwave and a refrigerator. The building features on-site laundary facilities,a fully-equipped communal kitchen, a lounge with free billiards and football tables and cable TC and a study area with wireless internet and internet kiosks in the lobby.

In addition to the high-quality facilities and amenities in this building, residents have access to the Underground Cafe which serves $5 dinners every night from 7:00 to 8:30 in the basement of the Ansonia, located just around the corner. Students can purchase booklets of 5 dinner tickets for just $20! Residents also have access to the common areas, activities, tours and parties organized at The Ansonia, home to other student residences and USA Hostels San Francisco, a hostel for international budget travelers.

All rooms have a refrigerator, microwave and cable television. Private rooms have one queen bed while shared rooms have two twin beds. Rooms are furnished with desks, chairs and dressers. All room rates include weekly linen and housekeeping service, wireless internet access, and phone service.

Each room also has a private bath, color cable TV, phone, DSL internet access, microwave & refrigerator. Students who require more luxurious facilities may also request a Deluxe Suite room, featuring king size bed, private lounge and extra space for entertaining guests. Property amenities include community kitchen, dining room, computer lab, indoor fitness center and entertainment room. Breakfast is served daily and a dinner plan is available for $65 per week or $250 per month.
